At Wellsy Health LLC (“Wellsy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing high-quality research products and exceptional customer service. Please review this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of many research products, supplements, laboratory testing services, and other research-related items, not all purchases are eligible for return or refund.
By placing an order through WellsyHealth.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

2. Eligible Returns
Unopened and unused physical products purchased directly from Wellsy may be eligible for return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, products must:
Be unopened and unused.
Be in their original packaging.
Include all original labels and seals intact.
Be free from damage or alteration.
Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Wellsy reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law:
Opened or used products
Products with broken safety seals
Digital products or downloadable content
Gift cards
Promotional or clearance items marked as final sale
Genetic or methylation testing kits after shipment
Subscription fees already earned for services provided

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify Wellsy within five (5) business days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
If the issue is verified, Wellsy may, at its discretion:
Replace the product
Issue a store credit
Issue a refund
Provide another reasonable resolution

5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of Wellsy’s error or a confirmed product defect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Wellsy is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit.

6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges, payment processing fees (where permitted by law), and other non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

8. Subscription Orders
If Wellsy offers recurring subscriptions, customers may cancel future renewals at any time through their online account or by contacting Customer Support before the next billing date.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for products already shipped or services already provided.

9. Promotional Offers
Products purchased during promotional events, limited-time sales, or special campaigns may be subject to additional return restrictions. Any such restrictions will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

10. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact Wellsy first so we can work toward a fair resolution.
Initiating a chargeback without first providing Wellsy an opportunity to resolve the matter may delay resolution and could affect your eligibility for future purchases.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

11. California Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable California or federal law.
Where California law provides additional protections or remedies, those rights remain fully applicable.

Wellsy reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time.
Updates will become effective immediately upon posting to this website. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.
